Customer Care

The Lolita Store Canada is the official e-store of Lolita. We carry the wonderful designs brought to life by Lolita. We will keep you posted on new glassware designs and new items that are added to the Lolita collection.

Shipping

We ship from London, Ontario via CanPar. Upon occasion we may ship using another carrier.

Shipping Times

The Lolita Store Canada will process your order promptly and most orders will ship within 2 business days after receiving your order. Under normal circumstances CanPar Ground will take approx 4 – 5 business days.

Tracking

A CanPar tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped and you will be able to track your package with this number by going to CanPar.com

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will depend upon the size, weight and the location being shipped to. PLEASE be careful when filling in the ‘ship to address’ as we do charge a $10 rerouting fee for a package that has to be rerouted due to an incorrect address provided on the original order. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

Sales Tax

A 5% sales tax will be applied to all items shipped within the state of Virginia.

Gift Option

Lolita glasses make wonderful gifts and come in their own beautiful box so wrapping is not necessary.

Returns and Exchanges

We are sure you will love your Lolita order, but if for some reason you are not satisfied please contact a customer service representative via the information below. Once we receive the return we will credit the credit card used to place the order for the price of the item(s) excluding shipping charges – we do not issue cash or check refunds.

If the merchandise is damaged please notify us within 3 business days. Please save all packing materials as CanPar may require an inspection of the package. Upon our receiving the damaged items back we will replace the items or issue a credit to the credit card used to place the order.

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days.
